So another add on to the sc300 i only had like 2 or 3 peeps text me about the sc300 so i put it up for $2500 maybe ill get some heads that want to take a look, so i was driving today and my driver side window decided to either jump off the tracks or blow the motor... So it was just chillin all the way down all day at work, luckily it happen after i left school and not at school because if it would have happen at the school it would have been over for my belongings, and car..

So i hella ghetto rigged the window im not trying to spend anymore money on the car and i can't just roll up to school with my windows down and a big ass sign that says hey robbers come to my car and steal my radio and car lol so i just took the door apart and duct taped the sliding part of the motor with a bicycle handle bar foam..hahaha, it's hella ghetto but i am not trying to pay any cash or not have a ride to school, especially since all my funds is gonna go toward the z

Z for $500

So i met with the guy about the green z, just as i figured everything is intact and basically rust free, other than around the battery area it's a rust free shell, im very happy full interior and the wiring harness hasn't been tampered with... Very nice guy and i was just going to say ill offer him 700 bucks for the z, I just asked him how much would he take for the chassis and he said 500 bucks plus i will get a nice polyurethane bushing kit for the undercarriage..Im feeling lucky told him i will be back later on in the week to go pick it up..

I will let you guys know when i get it hahaha

I get a text yesterday and the guy wants to keep the car for his son, cause his son wants it lol..whatever

So after being bummed for like 2 minutes that dude wanted to keep his 240z, i searched the web and found a pretty sweet find in north vegas..

He only wants 1200 for it but a not running rusted vehicle im not trying to pay over 800 dollars so i asked dude if he would be willing to go for 700. I've got a datsun date this sunday so i can go check it out make sure my frame is intact and the chassis isn't totally fuct, cuz i can give a damn about the engine..
Which looks mangled also lol but it's got potential.

So im still selling the car but i have only had a few people text about it almost got someone that was supposed to look at it but nope.
I've heard nothing at all aboout the z, so i've been eyeing craigslist now and again, i found some nice ones but i don't want to spend more than 700 bucks for a old school stump lol, witht he college money ill buy the chassis and then when i sell the sc ill get the sr20det front clip

The Waiting Game!

I don't know why maybe it's because ive grown a constant lurker on hybridz, but ive grown very very fond of these cars, these things are just nice like sugar and spice and everything spicy haha..
I still like the beat up, unpainted, un matching fenders, no bumper, semi bososuko style of these cars look so appealling..

An update to the z ive been waiting sooo kindly for, I haven't heard anything back from the guy, ive gotten everything set up, even putting the sc on craigslist for a low price, and found a nice spot in cali to buy my front clip, price matched everything too...Just waiting for the guy to lemme know what's the dealskis

Getting impatient i want the z on the road (reliably) with the sr20 in by halloween

Finally made the decision to sell the sc300, really want to go that datsun route, seems fun
and im selling a clean ass car for 2900 i think itll sell its' a really good deal

Maybe, but if it doesn't sell im buying some wheelz and calling it a day like i was deciding before
but the thought of a sr20 powered z sounds sooo nice to me

Still deciding

So my car had 2 heater hoses that were really bad and the valve may go soon, im debating on really getting rid of the sob and getting a scooter for the time being lol maybe take my time on that datsun i was eyeing, in which i am supposed to be looking at today i hope its a full chassis cuz that would really really blow some big ol fat ass balls if shit was missing guy is looking to sell it at about 700 bucks but ill try and haggle him down a bit
luckily my work and school are right down the street from where i live so i can rock a scooter hhaha

So.
i was sooooo excited to go and buy some bmw style 95 wheels in la puente this weekend, my car has been having some cooling issues and i took my car to my bosses to get the waterpump, timing belt and tensioner done...i'ts been overheating like a beezie for the last couple days so i was happy to finally get it to his house...
Chilled a bit and it's still overheating...he says it might be the heater core..
FUUUUHHHHHHHKKKKK if it is dude im going to be sooo pissed off, because its behind the dashboard...everything has been done to the cooling system to that it's new.
the tstat, reservior, waterpump, lol radiator..so im about giving up on this car
by the way ive got a reliable source with nissan accessories and parts..

My friends neighbor has a 1971 datsun 240z for sale $700..
hmmmmmm he's gonna send some pics later on this week so im debating
